RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Amore Hair, we pride ourselves on delivering premium quality hair and products. Due to the nature of our items, strict hygiene and handling policies apply.

Please read carefully before purchasing

NO REFUNDS ON USED PRODUCTS
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on wigs, bundles, or hair products that have:

 

  • Been worn
  • Been used
  • Had the lace cut or altered
  • Been installed or styled
  • Been washed, dyed, or chemically treated

Any item that has been altered in any way is not eligible for return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
We only accept returns if:

 

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Lace is uncut and intact
  • Hair remains in original packaging with tags
  • Request is made within 48 hours of delivery

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
If you believe there is quality fault with wigs, bundles or products that you have purchased 

 

  • Contact us immediately within  hours of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue If approved as a genuine quality fault, we may offer:
  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (at our discretion)

(items are ONLY refundable under the circumstances of quality faulty)

Please note, the following are not considered faults:

  • Improper installation or handling
  • Personal preference (texture, colour, density)
  • Damage after wear

4. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are allowed under specific circumstances:

  • If there are leaks or faults with products (e.g. melting spray, glue, etc.)
  • If bundles are confirmed to have a manufacturing issue

All exchange requests must:

  • Be made within 15 days of delivery
  • Include clear proof (photos/videos)

Approved items must be returned in their original condition before an exchange is issued.

5. CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom wigs and coloured units are FINAL SALE.

This includes:

  • Custom colouring
  • Styling and layering
  • Made-to-order units

These items are tailored specifically for you and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & PROCESSING

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded
  • Orders are processed immediately to ensure fast turnaround

However:

If your order is not shipped within the stated processing timeframe, you may request:

  • A cancellation, or
  • A full refund

7. SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels

8. SALE ITEM

All sale or promotional items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

AMORE HAIR  SHIPPING POLICY 

At Amore Hair, each unit is carefully customised to deliver a luxury, ready-to-wear finish. Please allow time for both preparation and shipping.

1. PROCESSING TIME (CUSTOM ORDERS)

All orders are custom-made and prepared to order.

Standard Black Wigs:

  • Processing time: 2-5business days after purchase
  • Includes customisation, styling, and preparation

Custom/ coloured Units (Coloured / Fully Customised):

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days
  • This allows for detailed colouring, layering, and styling to achieve your desired look

2. SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA 🇦🇺

Once your order has been completed and dispatched:

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 3–4 business days

Express Shipping:

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business day

3. TOTAL DELIVERY TIME

Please note:

  • Shipping time is separate from processing time
  • Total delivery time = Processing + Shipping

Example:

  • Black wig: 2-5 days processing + 3–4 days shipping
  • Custom unit: 7–10 days processing + shipping time

4. DELAYS

While we aim to meet all timeframes:

  • Processing times may vary during high order volumes
  • Courier delays are outside of our control

5. TRACKING

  • A tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped
  • Please ensure your contact details are correct at checkout

HOW DO I MEASURE MY CAP SIZE? 

All wigs come in average cap size medium, if you’ll like to adjust it to a different size please send us a email with your order number with your desired sizing
